This page records changes to the public documents and services Talys publishes: our privacy policy, terms of use, support routes, trust center, and the behavior of talyshealth.com itself.

Talys provides its platform to healthcare organizations under signed agreements, and the product is not yet generally available. This is therefore not a product release log. Changes affecting a customer's use of the platform are communicated to that customer under its agreement. What appears here are changes to what we publish and commit to publicly.

Our Privacy Policy and our Terms of Use each say that we post updated versions with a new effective date. This page is where you can see when that has happened.

August 31, 2026

• Terms of Use published. A new page at talyshealth.com/terms, effective September 1, 2026, covering use of our public website. Access to the Talys platform continues to be governed by the signed agreement with each customer organization, and nothing in the Terms of Use changes that.
• Support and contact page published. A new page at talyshealth.com/support. Questions, support requests, and complaints go to support@talyshealth.com. Security vulnerability reports and privacy requests go to privacy@talyshealth.com.
• Privacy Policy wording clarified. Section 4 previously described the platform's use of large language models as part of its "analytics features" and now says "features". This broadens the description rather than narrowing it, and no practice changed, so the effective date is unchanged.
• Third-party font loading removed. Our pages previously loaded a typeface from a third-party font service, which meant your browser contacted that service on every page view. The typeface is now served from talyshealth.com. No page on this site makes a request to a third party.

August 28, 2026

• Trust Center published. A new site at trust.talyshealth.com describing our security program, the categories of data we handle, and the subprocessors we use.

August 4, 2026

• Privacy Policy published. A new page at talyshealth.com/privacy, effective August 1, 2026, covering website visitors, platform users, and job applicants. Protected health information is handled under the business associate agreement with each healthcare customer and is described there.
